Desert Edge was started in 2003, in an effort to provide a better relationship between Utah HOA communities and their management company. 

We at Desert Edge pride ourselves on client retention. • Full communication to ensure you are given the best service.
• Organization, attendance and recording of all information discussed in your Board meetings. 
• Work with the Board to publish a monthly or quarterly newsletter to facilitate communication within your community.
• Complete bookkeeping including monthly statements, reminder letters, phone calls, and delinquency reports. 
• Contracts including bids from reputable companies for needs such as landscaping, snow removal, handyman service, etc. 
• All insurance coverage needed for your community.
